I am currently accepting commissions

I welcome a limited number of commissions each year. Commissioning a painting is a collaborative and personal process, and I enjoy working closely with each client to create something meaningful.

How to Book a Commission

To begin, please complete the form below and provide as much detail as possible about the work you would like created.

Once your form is received, we will arrange a meeting either in person, via Zoom, or by phone. This gives me the opportunity to get to know you and better understand your ideas, inspiration, and expectations for the painting.

Following our conversation, I will create a mock-up of the artwork and provide a quote. Once the design and quote are approved, the painting process will begin.

As the work progresses, I will share several updates so you can follow the journey. Toward the end, you will receive a final progress image for any last adjustments if required. Once complete, the finished artwork will be revealed for your final approval.

Payment & Pricing

A detailed quote will be provided before work begins

Payments are made in three instalments:


Deposit


Progress payment


Final payment upon completion


Please note that as several hours are spent preparing a custom design for each commission, the deposit is non-refundable should you choose not to proceed with the project.

  • Shipping available (shipping quote provided separately)
  • Local delivery may be arranged where possible
